DONALD J. CHIOFARO, JR., PROJECT MANAGER
Don Chiofaro, Jr. has been with The Chiofaro Company since 2001. In 2007 he earned an M.S. degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At MIT, Don focused his thesis on an in-depth exploration of the interplay between the franchise business model and the global hospitality industry. Don's role with The Chiofaro Company has evolved over time to incorporate many aspects of the real estate industry. He has been principally responsible for the leasing and marketing of International Place, and has served as the firm’s principal new business analyst. Don has a major role in the firm’s business development activities, and he currently serves as Project Manager for several of the company's major downtown projects.
Don graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Sociology. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and an active participant of Harvard Alumni Association. Don currently resides in Cambridge, MA, with his fiancée. |
