NASHOBA COPORATE CENTER

The Nashoba Corporate Center is a 100-acre office/research and development park located adjacent to Route 495 in Westford, MA. The park was conceived as a corporate campus for companies in the fast-growing computer networking and switching segment of the telecommunications industry. Lucent Technologies, the successor by purchase to Ascend Communcations and Cascade Communications, occupies a 300,000-square-foot office and engineering facility on 37 acres under a long-term lease.

The Chiofaro Company has also completed an additional 160,000-square-foot build-to-suit office and engineering facility for Lucent on 22 acres, which is also occupied under a long-term lease.

The Chiofaro Company acquired, developed and manages all of the Lucent-occupied buildings in the Nashoba Corporate Center.
