General Electric Company selected The Chiofaro Company for two build-to-suit buildings and the long-term lease of a research and manufacturing facility in the GE Research Park located in Daytona Beach, Florida. This specialized facility was designed for the production of simulators to be used for training in the operation of the United States Army’s M1 Tank Program. The Chiofaro Company developed and financed the facility on a long-term net lease. This was the second build-to-suit completed by The Chiofaro Company for General Electric.
